My story

At Russell Reynolds, I recruited for VC-backed, PE-owned, and public companies. I placed CEOs, Presidents, General Managers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Heads of Business Development & Strategy, as well as Tech leaders.

While working for hiring managers and advising hundreds of executive candidates, I noticed a disconnect. Candidates weren't capturing their most compelling accomplishments in their resumes or in their interviews. Their documents were outdated and they were being overlooked for roles despite having relevant experiences. They needed re-education around interview dynamics and insights into the hiring process.
